At Assets4Unity, we provide digital products including Unity source codes, game templates, scripts, and development resources. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur.
Please review our refund terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be granted only under the following circumstances:
✅ Corrupted or Inaccessible File
If the delivered ZIP file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.
✅ Product Not as Described
If the purchased product significantly differs from the features clearly described on the product page or demonstrated in the official demo.
✅ Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a completely different product than the one you purchased.
✅ Download Access Not Provided
If download access is not provided within 24 hours after confirmed payment and our support team fails to resolve the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You lack the technical knowledge to modify or run the project.
Minor bugs, warnings, or small errors that can be resolved with basic Unity knowledge.
Compatibility issues caused by your Unity version, third-party plugins, SDK updates, or platform changes.
Failure to read product description, requirements, or documentation before purchase.
Live demo design differences due to updates or reskins.
Requests made after the refund request period.
Our products are intended for developers with basic to intermediate Unity knowledge. Some customization or configuration may be required.
Our team will review your request within 5–10 business days.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method, OR
We may offer a replacement file or technical assistance to resolve the issue.
4. Demo APK Disclaimer
Some products may include a demo APK for preview purposes. Demo builds may differ slightly from the source project due to updates, SDK versions, or third-party integrations. Minor visual or performance differences do not qualify for a refund.
If needed, you may request a fresh build directly generated from the Unity Editor (where applicable).
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension from accessing our products and services.
We encourage customers to contact our support team first so we can resolve the issue professionally.
